Tanzanian FM: Tanzania and China seek more exchanges on governance experience

Tanzanian Foreign Minister January Yusuf Makamba paid a five-day visit to China from May 16 to 20, a pivotal journey that marked the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the countries. In an exclusive interview with CGTN Radio, Makamba used the word “excellent” to describe the solid bilateral ties and anticipated more achievements from the upcoming summit of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation. Makamba believes the Dar es Salaam Consensus represents a significant effort from China, Africa and other developing countries for a new global order.
