My life is not inspiring

You know you’re good – but it doesn’t seem that anyone cares.  Apparently excellence is not enough.  How can you inspire others so they rally to your cause and see you as a leader?  These seven traits can transform your success. This week’s questions: I surpassed my goal for 2016, we shot for $300K but did somewhere in the neighborhood of $550k in total sales. I’m a campus minister at a top 10 university, and it is not going well. I make very little yearly income by picking up 10 cent cans and have large gaps between traditional employment.  How should I handle this on a job application and/or resume I want to leave my job but don’t want to be selfish in anyway, my conscience tells me to not let people down.
