Will success make you happy?

I’ve always been successful but not happy with my work I now have a very regretful Domestic Battery charge on my record I am physician-endorsed Cigarette Whisperer I am an ethnic minority physician in a predominantly white area.  Do you have any advice on how I can increase the number of referrals I get to my medical practice?
