From setting the scene to becoming the subject of movie, there are so many incredible acoustic guitarists who've scored movie soundtracks. From Neil Young to Dire Straits' Mark Knopfler, I've got a great list of unsung guitar heroes behind some incredible movies.  One of my favorite parts about acoustic guitarists who work in film is the emotional depth they can bring to any moment in a movie. Each of the acoustic guitarists on this list brings another level of emotion to each of the featured movies, and I truly hope you enjoy!
