You can’t save them all

I have had 2 recent interactions on Twitter which got me thinking and wondering about who you can save and who you need to let go. It helped me to reflect on what I can do and indeed what I can't. It's ok if you are not perfect, it is fine if you are not able to help everyone.    But what about that child that you felt you had to say no to?
