So self-awareness is one thing17:30Finding exercises that work for you is really important. You can work with the coach to find out what those are. They're pretty simple, but it's also habits.19:45High-stress moments are an opportunity that you have to practice those breathing techniques.To improve your breathing, you need to: 1.
