Ep 5: Unseen Hours

It is not about what other people see you do in this world. It is about what you are doing when no one is watching, these are the "Unseen Hours." Justin and Doug discuss what it means to work hard in silence and then let success do the talking. Too much in life people want all of the recognition and success without truly understanding the work that has to go in first. Here at the AIM, we say do what you need to get done even if no one is going to see it because that is who we are.
