What makes a good boss?

Hi gang, welcome to Answerable Questions with Questionable Answers!  Have you ever worked under a boss who made your working life a misery? Perhaps you've experienced a great boss that made you stay in a rubbish job for longer than you planned? The people who lead or manage us are crucial to our job satisfaction and sometimes even to our enjoyment of our leisure activities too. This week the AQQA team discuss what kind of traits, behaviours and styles of leadership they prefer to see in a leader whilst throwing in some of their own experiences of various leaders, good and bad.
