Full Tilt on Fall

This week is equal parts totally thriving and barely functioning, but that’s what BFP is all about kids. First things first, Kristina discusses the news that maybe could have broke the internet three years ago, The Kardasians are kalling it kuits after 14 years and 20 seasons of Keeping Up. Whether you love them or hate them they had a very successful run and grew their fame and fortune tenfold, so we cast no shade. Kristina also talks about the much needed fall reset after what was a barely functioning past six months, but we’re gonna go ahead and blame that on Covid (2020 man.). She’s going full tilt on fall, totally thriving around the house but barely functioning when it comes to health and wellness. Plus, she only swears once this week (which may or may not deserve a reward)
