EP30 Letting Go to Find Your Wisest You

In this episode I talk about some recent experiences I have had of letting go and how they have affected me. I talk about the magical power of the word “if” and how it can allow us to move beyond what was possible. We also discuss how our programs self-perpetuate and how we sometimes can decide what to run.
