Who Interprets the Bible- Me or the Holy Spirit?

This question is very divisive. Some people argue that Bible interpretation is all about the work of understanding the grammar and literary features of the Bible, along with some historical background knowledge. Others argue that only the Holy Spirit can interpret the Bible to us and it requires none of those things.
