687: Seeing Greene: Using the “Capital Carrot” to Find Money for Your Next Deal

Knowing how to buy a rental property is one thing, but coming up with the money is another. This is the constant struggle real estate investors find themselves in. When they have cash, there aren’t enough deals. When they have deals, there isn’t enough cash. This catch-22 usually puts investors in a spin cycle, never pulling the trigger on their first or next deal. But, it doesn’t have to be this way. With the right mindset, you can find the money to purchase more rental property, even if you’ve run out of options. This is what expert investor, David Greene, refers to as his capital “carrot,” or the thing that allows him to find (and make) more money to buy even more real estate.
