Born in the west and a native of New Mexico and Texas, Flint has made his home on the First Coast since the early 2000s with his wife, Dez, and the last of their Seven children at home, Ashton. Flint has been a full-time entrepreneur since escaping the corporate world in 2004, founding and running various companies along the way. Prior to this, he was a dot-com executive and active in outside and direct sales. His company was nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2012, and he is a founding member of the local Leadership Clay council, serving as it’s Vice President in the inaugural year and on the alumni board after that. Flint has worked with several agencies to address the needs of pre- and post-adopted children both in and out of the foster care system.
