Unlocking Manhood With Thomas Pfanner Thomas has over 15 years experience coaching and teaching at the middle, high school and collegiate levels. His drive to help young men succeed is what inspired the Unlocking Manhood project. His experience as an educator gives him a unique perspective on how schools are missing the mark in preparing men to win in the game of life. He teaches and lives in Eugene, Oregon with his wife Megan and two children.
