I have been there many many times and I actually think it’s especially common at this time of year - coming back after the holidays and trying to get back into a work routine. It's hard and I think sometimes we have these expectations of ourselves where we’re just going to be able to jump straight into it but that’s not always the case. I did a poll on my Instagram Stories s on 1st February and asked "have you been going since January or do you feel like you’re getting going properly from February?" 89% said they were finally ready to get going from February.
