The year 2020 posed many questions about the best ways to do business. Many companies shut down, either because they could no longer survive or because they catered to the first world needs that, during the turbulence of such magnitude, fell by the wayside; others had to pivot; all of them had to take a long and hard look at their business models, their offering, and what they stand for.
