Ep: 71: Living Separate From My Husband To Save My Marriage & Myself; Sana Akhand

Diary of An Empath by Keresse Thompson, LCSW - Podcast autorstwa Keresse Thompson - Poniedziałki

Sana checked off all the success boxes. Married at 25, executive at a startup before 30, high-rise in Manhattan, the picture perfect life. But she found herself completely unfulfilled and empty because she created a life based one external validation instead of true authenticity. So she quit her high salary job in 2018 to travel the world with her husband and found the true meaning of life, connecting authentically with yourself & others. When she returned to NYC, she started Friendship Club, a community for New Yorkers to make connections - human first. In pursuit of freedom, she and her husband chose to live in two different apartments in NYC for 8 months, a story that went viral, featured on Business Insider, Good Morning America, NY Times, Tamron Hall Show, Marketplace and many more publications. Sana now resides with her husband in Los Angeles, CA and is passionate about helping others take leaps of faith to create their own happiness rooted in peace, joy and love.  Sana is currently working on her first book “Love is a Journey” which will drop in 2023. In this episode, we discuss gender norms, if living apart from your spouse helps or hurts the relationship, Sana’s spiritual and healing journey and how old is transformed her life!
