Jeremy is rightly considered as one of the most highly regarded and influential leaders in our field, and co-authored one of the first articles I ever read on People Analytics, the seminal Competing with Talent Analytics, which he co-wrote with Tom Davenport and Jeannie Harris and was published by the Harvard Business Review in October 2010.
