He's such a nice guy and if we lived near him, we'd hang out with him on a regular basis. He's strange and weird and that's how like em! Kate and I are strange and weird also so it's a great fit. Atom believes in something called solar nutrition or chronobiotic nutrition. The concepts is eating certain foods at certain times of the day. Each organ has a specific times when they cleanse, detoxify, nourish and build. They all go through phases of particular action during each day. Foods also carry a frequency. As noted in the doctrine of signatures, certain foods impact specific organs. The foods themselves have a timing as well. So there are at least three factors at play here: our organs, the timing of when we eat the foods and how foods impact the body when eaten on time. It's a fascinating concept. For example eating foods high up off the ground at the earliest part of the day is idea. It has to do with the angle of the sun that hits the food first. So fruits are ideal in the morning. Midday you'll want to eat foods that are lower to the ground from shrubs and bushes. At the end of the day when the angle of the sun isn't as strong, you'll want to eat foods living in the soil under the earth if possible. These include root vegetables, fish and seaweeds. Obviously you'll want to have a healthy diet to begin with and then following this idea along with some food combining principles might be a good place to start improving your health. This way you can eat whatever you'd like, no restrictions except for how you combine and the time you eat them. Might be something to consider playing around with.
