Dr. Darrell Wolfe (aka The Doc of Detox) joined us on the show today to talk about his ideas, philosophies and protocols for cleansing and detoxification. We actually spent more time discussing health motivation and mindset with regards to making the changes in your life you'll need to make if you want to regain your health. Obviously detoxification is one of them. Some people think that the best thing to do is to do a deep long cleanse program once or twice per year. Many times people think they have to starve themselves, drink shakes as meal replacements and undergo herbal cleanses in order to get clean on the inside. Although many of these programs are okay, but what about cleansing and detoxifying on a regular daily basis? If you keep clean daily by taking herbs and supplements daily while eating whole real food, you probably will never build up enough toxins, chemicals and undigested waste where you'll need to undergo such a harsh cleansing program. Dr. Darrell Wolfe is a fan of cleansing the body daily through a variety of practices like sauna, skin brushing, herbal teas, and more. I hope you enjoy this interview with Dr. Darrell Wolfe. It's highly encouraging, motivating and inspiring. Thanks for listening. Oh ya and share it with your friends if you like it. Thanks! LISTENER QUESTIONS "I am interested if anyone knows about the relation to carbonic gases in our bodies with inflammation, oxidation and disease. I also am curious about the role colonics can play in this alleviating harmful gases. Last, I want to know if using a herb like senna, and/or if using a mechanism to create a vacuum in the stomach to draw out the gases could or would lower the gas pressure build up in the stomach. Many agree that most disease starts in the stomach, so would this be beneficial? Joseph S." A little humor here. I just looked at my reply asked myself, Is it grammatically proper to quote yourself? Anyway, all the best. Joseph Here is the link to the Healthy To 100 ebook. Emotionally Fit For Life Audio by Dr. Wolfe List of chemicals we're exposed to. One Last Thing!
