Meridian Grace – Taking The GAPS Diet To A Whole New Level With Metabolic Typing, Energy Medicine & So Much More

Today we had a great conversation with Meridian Grace from Awakening Health. We recently went to Dr. Stuart Nunnally to get our root canals extracted and during our trip there we had a chance to stay with Dr. Richard Massey (link below) and Meridian at their home in Austin. We stayed with them for 1 afternoon before we went in for our surgeries with Dr. Stuart Nunnally. Kate had her blood tested and had a session with Dr. Massey while I hung out with Meridian and she explained to me what it was that they do together. It quickly became apparent to me that this was one powerful couple and that we needed to have her on the show like we did Dr. Massey. During this show we talked about metabolic typing for our diet and how it affects our blood. We talked about digestion and how the GAPS diet can really improve how we digest our food.
