Putting a kid into a harness seat every time you go somewhere can be really annoying. Necessary, but annoying. It seems that many parents are rushing their children out of booster seats before it's safe to do so. Recent research from the National Child Health Poll indicates that many parents don't understand the safest way to seat their children in a car.
