When my daughter was about three she showed me a paper cut on her finger declaring that it was "the worst pain" she had ever felt. Which, for her, was probably true. How children experience pain is the subject of a new study from the University of South Australia. Dr Sarah Wallwork was the lead researcher in the study and is a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of South Australia.
