Welcome back! Today I am talking about taking 100% responsibility in your business! Over the past 20 years as an entrepreneur, I've noticed that business owners like to place blame on everyone but themselves for the results they've been creating. People they've hired, lack of time, bad management, etc. It's so much easier to point the finger than to look in the mirror sometimes am I right? I am going to teach you some strategies on how you can take full responsibility and control of the results you are getting. Instead of thinking "this is out of my control, this is not my fault", I want you to start thinking: "What could I have done to prevent this from happening?" When you say things like "There was nothing I could have done!" it will slow down your growth!!
