217: Navigating Counterintuitive Mind Programming to Evolve Your Mind & Consciousness

Heal Yourself. Change Your Life - Podcast autorstwa Brandy Gillmore

Have you ever pondered the potential impact of subtle negative emotions in relationships on your overall well-being? Have you considered that your own actions might also be contributing to the problem? When considering the impact of emotions on our health, we often associate it with feelings of victimization or hurt. Surprisingly, even the act of criticizing and raising our voices at each other can have profound effects on our health. This is exemplified in the story of our wonderful volunteer, Amy, who finds herself caught in a cycle with her partner where they unintentionally trigger each other's patterns. The turbulence of raised voices and intense emotions that arise in challenging relationships can have an impact on our health and also take an emotional toll on us. Amy has considered leaving many times over the years; however, she still loves her partner. She is stuck in a loop that is affecting her happiness and health.   IMPORTANT NOTE: We understand that some may believe mind-body healing is impossible. Therefore, if you would like to see images of individuals using their minds to relieve pain, you can check out this medical journal. It includes images from some of Brandy's case studies. If you want to learn how to use your mind to heal yourself, you can check out the training on Brandy's website.  Additional links and resources:  The GIFT Method™ Training: https://brandygillmore.com/gift-method-healing (Learn to Heal Yourself) Website: https://brandygillmore.com Free 90-Minute Self-Healing Masterclass Training: https://brandygillmore.com/healing Facebook: https://facebook.com/brandy.gillmore/ IG: https://www.instagram.com/brandygillmore/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/BrandyGillmore TEDx Talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dEbqRYqY_0 Topics: consciousness, evolution, mindfulness, relationships, happiness, consciousness, self-healing, love, self-love
