Hot Marriage. Cool Parents. - Podcast autorstwa Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner

Here at Hot Marriage. Cool Parents. we love finding guests to motivate us to be better spouses, partners, friends, parents, and the list goes on. We are always looking for people with who we really resonate, and Nate and Kaley Klemp are definitely one of those couples! Nate Klemp, Ph.D, and his wife Kaley have impressive education degrees behind their names. Nate received a Ph.D. from Princeton University and Kaley has a Masters in Sociology from Stanford University. Nate is a founding partner of the company, Mindful, and Kaley has been featured on TedX. Despite their skills in education, they often find themselves disagreeing about fairness in marriage, so they worked together to come up with a new model that is grounded on radical generosity and shared success and put those ideas in a book called The 80/80 Marriage. We sometimes struggle with this idea of fairness, especially with Doug becoming a stay-at-home dad, which is why we are SUPER excited to talk to Nate & Kaley allll about this! Before Nate & Kaley come on, Doug tells a crazy story about their day at the circus museum and gives an update on their plans to go back to New Jersey. 12:35 - Welcome to HMCP, Nate & Kaley!
