Johnno Wilson was spending a serene morning on Venice Beach, when a quick dip in the Pacific Ocean turned into a ride in a rip current and a brush with death. Since we’re now officially terrified of the ocean, we invited lifeguard Captain Remy Smith in to school us on water safety.
