Craig Melvin is a broadcast journalist for NBC. On the Today Show, he serves double duty as the news anchor as well as a co-host for the 3rd hour. He is also an anchor on MSNBC Live. He covered a lot of intense stories like the Charleston Church shooting in 2015 as well as the shooting of Michael Brown, the death of Freddie Gray and more recently the death of George Floyd.
