Alyson Stoner started acting and performing in Hollywood at just 7 years old, eventually starring in Missy Elliott’s “Work It” music video, and movies like Cheaper by the Dozen, Step Up, and Camp Rock. But as one might expect, the pressures of the entertainment industry had a troubling impact on Alyson and her mental health.
