Lex Phonographica 4: Aharon Barak, Hermeneutics and Constitutional Interpretation (1993)

In 1993, Aharon Barak, former chief justice of the Israeli Supreme Court, published an article entitled "Hermeneutics and Constitutional Interpretation" in the Cardozo Law Review.
