Ep. 1085 Max De Zarobe | Get US Market Ready With Italian Wine People

Italian Wine Podcast - Podcast autorstwa Italian Wine Podcast

Welcome to Episode 1085 in which Steve Raye interviews Max de Zarobe, of Avignonesi winery in Montepulciano (Siena). About today’s winery: Avignonesi, named after the estate’s founders, has undergone a radical journey since 2009 and has become a leader in regenerative viticulture in Italy. Following a transparent and ethical process, Avignonesi makes wines exclusively with grapes cultivated on the estate, homemade yeast, a minimal dose of sulphites and nothing else. By harmonising its practices with nature, Avignonesi endeavours to craft wines that are a faithful reflection of their origin. My wife Virginie Saverys (who’s Belgian) owns Avignonesi where I’m supposed to be the Chief Fan Officer. (because whenever the sh.. hits the fan, I’m in charge) To learn more visit: Website: www.avignonesi.it Instagram: @avignonesi Facebook: @avignonesi Twitter: @avignonesi Linkedin: Avignonesi More about the host Steve Raye: Steve Raye of Bevology Inc originally joined our weekly lineup with narrations from his book “How to get US Market Ready” - but everyone just loved him so much, we brought him back with this series of interviews that informs and inspires!
