Welcome to Episode 1675 in which host Mckenna Cassidy interviews Giulia Sciotti of Fantini Wines this week on The Next Generation where young Italian wine people 30 and under shake up the wine scene. More about today’s guest “Our journey started in Abruzzo, in the small town of Ortona in 1994 by three partners Filippo, Valentino and Camillo also called "the three dreamers" since they were able to realize a dream that seemed impossible: creating a company that was flagship of Southern Italy without owning financial capitals and owned vineyards but with a highly innovative business model. The meticulous attention to details, the targeted marketing strategies for each individual product, and oenological proposals appreciated in over 93 countries around the world confirm the Fantini Group as the largest «Boutique Winery» in Italy, true protagonist of the wine rebirth of Southern Italy.” Connect: Website www.fantiniwines.com/ More about the host: McKenna found her love of wine while serving in a Napa Valley tasting room.
