Ep. 729 Natalya Meylunas | Get US Market Ready With Italian Wine People

Italian Wine Podcast - Podcast autorstwa Italian Wine Podcast

Episode 729 Steve Raye interviews Natalya Meylunas of Fattoria della Aiola in this episode of Get US Market Ready With Italian Wine People on the Italian Wine Podcast. About today’s winery: Fattoria della Aiola is a historic wine estate situated in the heart of the original Chianti Classico wine zone near the village of Vagliagli and only 10 km away from Siena. The estate spans across 100 ha of gently sloping hills and winding roads in two communes – Castelnuovo Berardenga and Radda in Chianti. Vineyards take over one third of the estate – 36 ha planted at 350 – 450 m above the sea level. Another 10 ha are taken by olive trees. In addition to Chianti Classico DOCG and Toscana IGT wines, where Sangiovese grape is the king, we also produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Just like our wines, Fattoria della Aiola itself is a fascinating blend of traditional and modern, timeless legends and bold innovation.
