In this third edition of my special three-part New Year’s series designed to kick off the new podcast and more importantly help you kick off 2020 so 2021 doesn’t land with you making the same weight loss resolutions you’re making this year, I'm talking about one of the biggest things that causes us to eat when we're not physically hungry. Love. I got an email from a client who’s been practicing her new skills of understanding WHY she’s eating when she’s eating and said this, I feel sad and depressed. I’m aware that I’m being unconscious and punishing myself with food. I see that it’s the feeling of unconditional love that I actually want. That’s how this process works when you work it. It creates a DEEP, soul-level understanding of our deepest hungers so we can start nourishing those rather than numbing them with food.
