Before and after weight loss photos - why I won't share or celebrate them anymore

My life revolved around before and after weight loss photos for many years; my own and others. My entire livelihood was completely dependent upon them, as a matter of fact. I went from that to refusing to share or celebrate them ever again.  Why do I so fully reject what is supposedly the pinnacle of healthy living inspiration in our culture? There are a number of reasons why and in this episode, I share some of them.
