Kiwi Birth Tales - Podcast autorstwa Jordyn Kayes

In Episode 60 of Kiwi Birth Tales I speak with Bryony about the births of her 2 sons Ari and Archie. Bryony takes us through her first pregnancy experience where she suffered from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, expecting to go to full term Bryony moved from Dunedin to the North Island for an internship but when on a break in Taupo ended up going into labour at 31+3, they were transferred to Wellington Hospital where they remained until Ari was born. Bryony discusses her birth experience and post natal care period. Bryony and her partner lost a baby at 11 weeks following the birth of Ari, which had a serious impact on her partner and she takes us through how they dealt with that as a couple. They then fell pregnant again with Archie, Bryony experienced severe Hyperemesis again with his pregnancy and was at risk of another premature birth - she ended up going into labour at 25 weeks and Archie was born. She takes us through this experience with a significantly younger baby in the NICU, the complications this had and how they are doing now. Thanks so much for coming on the Podcast and sharing with us Bryony! Thanks for listening!@Kiwibirthtales@Yourbirthproject Hosted on Acast.
