6: Remember Everyone's Name

What's the sweetest sound to someone's ears? Their name. In this episode I give you my greatest tactics to remember the name of every single person that you meet. I can't stress how important this is. Remembering the name (and using it) of everyone you meet shows that you're more engaged and that you valued your conversation in the eyes of the other person.
