Moving on from an abusive or narcissistic relationship can be one of the hardest things you ever do. That's why I invited Kyle Miller to the show. Kyle is a Certified Life Coach with the Life Coach School who specializes in helping others heal from narcissistic abuse. He was in an abusive relationship himself for almost 14 years and now uses that experience to support his clients. Learning about coaching, listening to over 20 thousand hours of podcasts and audiobooks on personal development, and devotion to his own healing is how he began loving himself for the first time in his life. In this episode I dive deep about his own experience with abuse, what he learned about himself, and his insights on how you can love and trust again. ALSO: I bring into the conversation a recent interaction I had with Kyle that was so touching and a true example of me taking a risk to be vulnerable and Kyle holding space for me in a fragile moment. It was the incident that sparked me to ask him on this episode!
