HT1266 - A Handful Are Just Awful

A fun email arrived from a new Kokoro reader. He was mostly complimentary, but also a bit critical. He said that he thought that half of the projects in Kokoro are great, a third are maybe ok, and a handful are just awful. My curiosity was piqued.
