031: Meditative Prayer: Children of Immigrants

I wrote this prayer after getting on the train and not wanting to sit next to a white person. I felt my heart full of rage and pain. I began to not recognize my thoughts and my actions I noticed how fast we can move towards hate. Last night I asked God why our children and as I sat on that train this meditation poured out of me.
