The Fedora Council made the decision to tighten things up regarding naming. 2019 - Fedora 30 and the Silverblue variant were released 2021 - Silverblue 35 in November, Fedora Kinoite appears. 2023 - Silverblue 38 in April, Fedora Sericea appears.
