Mark Koyama on *How the World Became Rich: The Historical Origins of Economic Growth*

Mark Koyama is an associate professor of economics at George Mason University and is a senior fellow with the F.A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the Mercatus Center.
