Oh, we’ll certainly weigh in with our favorite everything on the year, and boy, do we have a ton of categories, some being serious and some fun. In 2017, we called it our Year In Review series, and we included our superlatives pod AKA the Best Of’s episode, and in our humble opinion, it’s one of our better self made award shows. Then we dove into our top 10s as well what we would nominate and pick to win all of the Oscar categories in our 2017 MMOs. Will we follow the same exact format this year? We don’t quite know yet. But we will have another Year in Review Series in the weeks leading up to the Oscars. So do stay tuned. This episode is a teaser toward those eventual shows, but also, it’s a fun and relatively quick way to give you some mid-week entertainment over the holiday break when very few other pods are dropping new content. So you’re welcome, we love you, and Happy Holidays. These scene recommendations should hopefully encourage you to watch some awesome movies, and it’s our little gift to you this Christmas. We’re up to 28 movies in that series thus far, and we also have a bunch of 2018 movie events to compliment our awards taste with a more popular slant. Speaking of popular films, we did 3 separate episodes on the Breaking News odyssey of the Best Popular Film category. The centerpiece of those shows was our Perfect Oscar Fix on how we’d make the Academy Awards great again. Laugh at our way too early predictions and our 2 part mid-year report, and of course, we’ve been previewing Oscar films with our 6 part Oscar Trailers series and on a weekly basis with MMOW. Following that, we’ll have reactions to the Critics Choice Awards, SAG’s, and of course, to the Oscar Nominations later in the month.
