House prices rising!

Housing prices nationally rose by an average of 9% during 2024, that’s according to the latest Daft.ie House Price Report released today. Speaking to Newstalk Breakfast on the report findings are Ronan Lyons, Associate Professor of Economics at Trinity College Dublin and Author of the report.
