We start with the breaking news from yesterday which sees the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board seemingly in disarray after the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) hearing was told that CFO Donal O’Shea’s absence from the meeting was linked to “governance around financial transactions”. Lydia asks the key questions surrounding the matter and suggests a full independent investigation must ensue. Ahead of racing this weekend we hear from trainers Ian Williams and Ed Walker.
