Hey Tanner Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today in honor of Mother's day and Pam Tanner, I decided to cover Full House S5E2: Matchmaker Michelle, which aired on September 24, 1991. In this episode Michelle and Teddy scheme to couple Danny with their kindergarten teacher. I liked this episode because we get to see a vulnerable Michelle coping with the realization of the loss of her mother, a person she never got to meet and doesn't remember because she was so young when Pam died, not even a year old. Teddy awakens this feeling in her when he explains how great it is to have a mommy and Michelle unknowingly sets herself up for hurt and disappointment when she tries to make a love connection happen between Danny and her elderly kindergarten teacher Miss Wiltrout after she sees them cleaning a table together as well as smiling and laughing. Jesse's searching for a new hard edge look for his band in order to get music execs to see his band Jesse and the Rippers as not "soft". I can't say I blame them when all you do are covers and ballads. DJ and Kimmy trade living spaces and identities for a weekend. Join me on June 21, Father's day for the first of two In Honor of Father's Day and Danny Tanner themed episodes. First up is Full House S1E6 Daddy's Home, which aired on October 23, 1987.
