I was always under the impression that you should spend 10% of your collections on marketing. We’re all wrong once in a while, or in my case a long while. 😉 Recently I learned that we should be spending 8-12% of 𝑾𝑯𝑬𝑹𝑬 𝑾𝑬 𝑾𝑨𝑵𝑻 𝑻𝑶 𝑩𝑬 with collections, not where we are. We all have aggressive growth goals of where we want our practice to be, how many members of our community we want to be impacting on a daily basis. That aggressive growth has to be matched by our marketing strategy.
