Benefits to Rest and Managing Your Energy as a Human Design Projector

Projector Magic Human Design for Business - Podcast autorstwa Jessica Williamson

Is your business serving your life or is your life serving your business?  Are your days full of thinking just one more thing, just one more thing, and then before you know it the day has gone?  In today’s episode, I’m sharing with you a personal story about how I had to learn to slow down, rest, and then focus on building a business that lights me up.  A year ago I went to a retreat where I was able to have some down time without any phone service or wifi and I learnt something really important - I didn’t know how to not be productive.  When faced with trying to relax, I learnt that I’m so uncomfortable doing nothing. I was running my swimwear brand, my coaching, my membership, and my podcast. My mind was going a mile a minute and I didn’t know how to stop.  Giving myself the time to be still and reset was the most important thing I learnt from the retreat. My skin even cleared up. All this time my body was in overdrive and I didn’t even realise it.  I started to think, how can I build a business around my life?  As a result of this journey, I learnt to build up the systems and processes that allowed me to have the life I wanted outside of work and to prevent burn out. I was then able to build a business that lights me up and that I really really love running.  You need to decide what you want from your life.  I want you to remember, your to do list will never be done, but one day your life will be.  CONNECT WITH ME: FREE PROJECTOR MASTERCLASS: https://www.jessicawilliamson.com.au/human-design-projectorPROJECTOR MAGIC PROGRAM: https://www.jessicawilliamson.com.au/human-design-projector-magicApply for 1:1 Business Coaching: https://www.jessicawilliamson.com.au/business-coachingMore FREE Resources: https://www.jessicawilliamson.com.au/free-resourcesInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/jess.williamson8/ Hosted on Acast.
