Ep 050 - Navigating Motherhood while Climbing the Corporate Ladder with Blair Crawford

Today on Redefining Motherhood, I have my friend Blair Crawford, who is the Executive Vice President of Leasing and Marketing at Vertical Bridge. She understands the true essence of navigating the boardroom and shares with us so many valuable insights from her career journey. Blair fell into the industry after college after finding a company willing to train her. She discussed the importance of taking risks early in your career and trusting those who want to help you grow. Blair also opened up about becoming a stepmom and mom later in life while advancing her career. She worked from home after having her son and found it helped her mental health during maternity leave. Blair gave such great advice on advocating for yourself, setting career goals, and seeking mentorship. I'm thankful for her willingness to share her experiences to help other women understand that having a family doesn't mean you can't succeed at work.
