Joanne is a former consultant and real estate agent who is now on a mission to empower women. As a wife, mom, and business owner, she has reinvented herself throughout different seasons of motherhood. We discuss the challenges Joanne faced balancing her real estate career with young children, and the tension it caused with her traveling spouse. However, they worked through it with compromise.
